The 1981 Belgian Grand Prix was the fifth race of the 1981 Formula One Season. The race was held on May 17, 1981, at the Circuit Zolder in Belgium.

Carlos Reutemann of Williams won the race from pole position. Nelson Piquet of Brabham finished second, and Alan Jones of Williams finished third.

The race was marred by tragedy when Gilles Villeneuve of Ferrari crashed during qualifying. Villeneuve was taken to the hospital but later died from his injuries.
